Banded Inductors

The Tube & Pipe Industry has definitely embraced solid state welder technology in recent years. This has resulted in significant changes to Inductor design in order to ensure efficient and reliable operation of the solid state HF generator. Today we offer a wide range of banded inductors for all types of welders including Thermatool, EFD, Elotherm, and Emmedi. Banded inductors are also used for larger tube diameters on Thermionic (valve) type welders. New for 2011 are our special Plastic coated banded coils offering better insulation than an internal liner and no significant reduction in ID. Also available are split inductors to enable rapid replacement without cutting the pipe in production
