Mahindra Hinoday HR4B Ferrite Cores
setting new standards in HF welding

HR4B ferrite material has been specifically developed to exceed the performance of long-established ferrite cores available in the market today. The careful selection of high quality raw materials, together with precise manufacturing processes, ensures that HR4B ferrites give unparalleled performance in the tube welding application.

HR4B has many advantages over all other ferrites available, these include:
  • Widest dimensional range available (diameters from 3mm – 102mm)
  • Precise  profile design to ensure highest possible mass
  • Fast delivery times
  • Extensively field tested under true HF welding conditions
  • Precision OD ground ferrites available to order
  • All ferrite cores are produced to strict quality controls
Only the highest specification sintering furnaces and analytical inspection equipment is utilised to maintain quality and monitor performance throughout the ferrite manufacturing process. Careful tooling design ensures accurate core profiles to achieve maximum ferrite mass, particularly on smaller ferrite cores up to 20mm. The results, high efficiency & low losses, save welding energy and concentrate HF power in the weld vee, thereby ensuring a high integrity weld zone.

With almost 300 different sizes, we have the widest range of ferrite diameters available. A standard range of sizes is kept in stock, with all other sizes available within 4-5 weeks. Also on offer are precision-ground ferrites for applications where a specific size is required to fit inside an impedor assembly.
