Large Diameter Inductors

For high power HF welders and large diameters we offer ‘flange’ mount coils in 2 or 4 piece design. These coils are manufactured from heavy duty 3mm copper plate with brazed on cooling pipes. The four(4) piece design facilitates easy replacement of only the coil section over the welding zone and also enables customers to reduce the overall investment by purchasing 1 or 2 sets of down-leads to suit all coil diameters.

Flange coils are available from 75mm ID to 660mm ID.
