Profile Coils

Induction coils specific for welding square/rectangular and complex profiles are available from STE. These unique designs can be supplied with either standard coil leads or flange mount fixings. Also available are ‘multi height’ designs which enable the customer to simply interchange lower coil sections to suit change in profile height when width remains same or similar. Many of these coils are ‘split’ design to facilitate quick change of the inductor without cutting through the welded section to thread a new coil on.
